WHAT IS THOUGHT FIELD THERAPY (TFT) TAPPING?

Thought Field Therapy (TFT) is the original tapping method that was discovered by Dr. Roger Callahan over 30 years ago.  It's based on the combined principles of Chinese medicine and contemporary clinical psychology. It is an effective, evidence-based healing modality that resolves emotional, psychological, and physical issues at the root cause.

As in acupuncture, TFT Tapping works by stimulating your energy system. Instead of using needles, though, you tap points on your body (called meridian points). 

When you think about a stressful event, or a life goal, and then tap specific meridian endpoints, you create shifts in your body's energy field and promote relaxation. The combination of tapping along with your focus on a "thought field" eliminates the root cause of your distress and most negative emotions within minutes. People are often in awe of how quickly they feel better, happier, and more peaceful. 

TFT taps into nature's healing code and provides emotional renewal, quickly and safely with no side effects and without having to go through years of therapy ~ and you can self-apply it. 

In 2016, TFT (Thought Field Therapy) was validated by NREPP (the National Repertory of Evidence Based Practices and Procedures, a division of SAMHSA in the U.S.) as an evidence-based treatment.
